AFRICAN champions Burkina Faso will be hoping for a positive start to their Fifa U-17 World Cup campaign when they take on Panama later day at Estadio Corregidora in Queretaro.

Burkina Faso, who beat Rwanda 2-1 to win the African crown back in January, are making their fourth appearance in the tournament.

In 2001, the Burkinabe finished third and are desperate to put in a similar show this time round.

Group E’s other tie pits Uzbekistan against New Zealand.
In Group F, Denmark takes on four-time Conmebol champions Brazil at Estadio Omnilife in Guadalajara while Ivory Coast entertains Australia.

The West Africans claimed bronze in 1978 when the tournament was staged in Canada.
