As a law abiding citizen, I need to inform the police of the happenings in my area. I live in Giporoso, Remera. Many youth are involved in drug abuse. The drug pushers are camped here from 6pm until late into the night, smoking weed openly. I was passing by last week and they even invited me to join them.

It started as a small problem, which has since escalated.  I appeal to the police to arrest the culprits who may soon turn into criminals. At first, if a stranger  approached them, they would run away or hide. Today, they no longer fear anyone.
