Full credit to such an outstanding, all-round performance, must go to His Excellency, President Paul Kagame , his entire Cabinet and last, but not the least, to the illustrious and hard -working people of Rwanda who have rallied round and supported the President in achieving his goals and high ideals of making the country a "model” for others to emulate.
