AS Kigali women football coach Grace Nyinawumuntu is not going to lose sleep despite Sunday’s 1-0 league defeat against arch-rivals APR at Ferwafa grounds.

APR went top of the national league charts after the win but Nyinawumuntu insists that the race is still open.

"There are five games to go and I have no doubt that points will be dropped. I need to make sure that my team will not be the one dropping points,” the 29-year-old said.

APR and AS Kigali are tied on 30 points but the former enjoy a superior goal difference.

The other teams taking part in the league include Rambura, Inyemera, Remera Rukoma, Bugesera, Rubavu and Les Lionness.
