Three Rwandan artists to grace ‘Rwanda Day’ in the U.S

Local artists, Intore Massamba, Kitoko, Cecile Kayirebwa, and Miss Jojo, are expected to perform at the ‘Rwanda Day.’The event is aimed at bringing together Rwandans living in the United States and Canada to discuss about Rwanda’s development.

Local artists, Intore Massamba, Kitoko, Cecile Kayirebwa, and Miss Jojo, are expected to perform at the ‘Rwanda Day.’

The event is aimed at bringing together Rwandans living in the United States and Canada to discuss about Rwanda’s development.

The two-day event is slated for June 10-11, in Chicago, U.S.A.

In an interview with The New Times, Massamba thanked the organisers for selecting him to perform at the event. The ‘Rwanda Day’ is expected to attract over 3,000 people.

"It’s incredible, I think it will be one of my greatest days in life to perform in presence of President Paul Kagame who will be the guest of honour,” the overwhelmed Massamba noted.

The theme of the day will be "Agaciro: Our pride, Our Heritage, Our future.”
