If I had the rest of my life to just sit and admire Kigali at night I don’t think I would be bored. With all the smooth roads and street lights on every corner, this city at night is really a sight for sore eyes.

There are no dark corners that leave you worried as to whether there is a mugger lurking  in the corner.

Saying this city is well lit is an understatement because it literally sparkles like a gem. It is not New York or Paris but it definitely leaves the ones who still think Africa is just one big cave sighing in appreciation and awe when they eventually get the courage to give the Dark Continent a visit.

Contrary to what some people think, it’s not only sky scrapping buildings that make a city. Try driving around the hilly places in town and witness a view you’ll never forget.

The different lights sparkling all over the place makes it the most romantic thing since Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger’s famous dialogue in Jerry Maguire!

Nothing compliments a city like generous lighting. If you took a picture on one the streets of Kigali at night, you could easily think you were in Europe.

Kigali has to be the prettiest city out there because the road network and lights are all on point. In fact, so lovely it is that I’m certain some people wouldn’t mind spending a night on the streets!

Maybe it’s the hills that make it all easy on the eye but when you look down from a hill and see all the lights it is a sight so breathtaking that you could swear you were on another planet!

If I had my own car, which is in the pipeline, I would actually just take a drive through town without actually going anywhere.

If you are out and want a place where you can enjoy your drink as well as a tear jerking view, try Top Tower Hotel. Trust me; you’ll be paying more attention to the view than to your drink.

Kigali is a city like no other since it’s not noisy or filed with lumpens ready to snatch your purse.
