I thank our police for arresting three men on charges of attempted murder in Musanvu village near Kibungo town, Ngoma District last week. The trial of the suspects should be handled expeditiously, so that the victim gets justice.

Jean Pierre Nsanzumuhire, the businessman attacked in the course of his trade and his family are all in our prayers.

Why would a man want to kill a fellow human being?  Is man evil by nature?  You can’t live happily when your hands are tainted with innocent blood. I am a religious person and the Bible tells us to love each other.

It further reminds us that killing an innocent person is sacrilege. But I am certain that if we give support to police, the evil acts will be defeated.
