I thank President Paul Kagame for the government changes he made last Friday.

I have a lot of faith in the President and I am certain that his choice is the best and the new members will perform to people’s expectations.

While lauding the appointments, I would like to let them know that the electorate is expecting a lot from them.
Our President is a hard working person who has won regional and international accolades. The new team should, therefore,  double their efforts to meet his expectations. 
Meanwhile, I would like to welcome our new Rector, Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya, the former minister of Gender and Family Promotion.

We shall help her to develop KIST, so that it competes with the rest of the science institutes in the region.
