All East Africans seem to agree that the appointment of Dr. Sezibera is a step in the right direction.

Having seen how things are done in Rwanda, I fully support the appointment.

We expect things to move forward in the region with less political rhetoric and more action. Everybody will agree that Rwanda has made great strides barely 17 years after starting all over again from scratch. This is really commendable.
