Kidum to grace One Love charity activities

KENYAN-BASED Burundian musician, Jean Pierre Nimbona, a.k.a Kidum, is expected to perform during charity activities organised by Mulindi-Japan One Love project.According to the organisers, the activities that include games and art exhibitions, aim at raising funds to support both the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and those of tsunami and earthquake in Japan.

KENYAN-BASED Burundian musician, Jean Pierre Nimbona, a.k.a Kidum, is expected to perform during charity activities organised by Mulindi-Japan One Love project.

According to the organisers, the activities that include games and art exhibitions, aim at raising funds to support both the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and those of tsunami and earthquake in Japan.
 
"Kidum has accepted to come and we are just working out to fix exactly when he should be here,” said Olivier Rwabukera, the Director of Events and Music Entertainment of the project.

The ‘Haturudi’ star will also be joined by various local artistes.

"Japanese have been supportive not only to One Love project but to Rwandans in general,” he said.
