Winners: This week’s winners are the students of Riviera High School who walked from the American Embassy to the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Site. Thank you so much for the role you are playing in national development as we honor our loved ones whom we lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutis.
Losers: The losers of this week are the people who put their cell phones on loud speakers while in public buses. Dear ladies and gentlemen, we are not interested in your conversations. Please save us the noise and keep your stories to yourselves. I think the Police should intervene because this behaviour is getting worse. Speak of noise pollution!
