Return of Rwandan students to Egypt is good news

Editor,

I would like to commend the government for facilitating 35 Rwandan students to go back to Egypt. When they were evacuated to Rwanda at the height of protests in Egypt, no body could tell with certainty that they could go back.

They had been caught up in a conflict, where civilian protesters wanted their country’s leader, Hosni Mubarak, to step down.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs did well to ensure their safe return to Rwanda. This clearly shows that the government cares for its citizens. As for the students, they should concentrate and study harder.
