Love at all times

As we softly roll into Valentine’s Day, cupid is with his love arrow is just roaming in the air looking for someone to compel to fall in love. Everyone seems ready to un-wrap that package of love they have for each other come February 14th. Recently, I was engaged in a girl talk with my friends; I took advantage of the moment to ask about this great Valentine’s Day.

Real love is unconditional throughout the year.

One of the girls interestingly responded when asked about what she thought of the ‘Lovers Day’.
She said, "Love is not timely neither conditional; to me every day is Valentine’s Day”.

I agree with her response because I think it is a beautiful thing to love and be loved at all times.
Why then should we wait for Valentine’s Day to show this love and affection? Couples are supposed to love each other every day.

Families and friends should do the same, therefore there is no need to make 14th February, a big deal.
This could sound quite unbelievable but some couples only wait for Valentine’s day to say to their spouses that they love and adore them.

Banquets of roses are bought and gifts exchanged, surely this is unfair in my perception.
What if St. Valentine had not died, would we never express love to each other; that’s to say between couples, family, friend, colleagues, and the needy?

Everyday people should unveil a brand new heart to love, cherish and show it to their loved ones, after all it is said, ‘leave loving ones with loving words because it could be the last time you are seeing them.’

That’s a slash, but who knows what tomorrow holds?Like it was in the beginning, it’s now and ever shall be; let the love that abounded at the start of your relationship not flicker away but rather let it burn bright every single day of your lives.

Everyday should be well lived with new experiences of love and affection. Couples should never let the burning flame of love die out, they are supposed to love and to hold on to what they have.

Valentine’s Day should serve as a reminder of your well lived love life.

It‘s a wonderful thing to know, serve love and celebrate each other’s lives. This gives reason and more meaning to life.
 Happy Valentine’s Day!
