The Tourist
Movie: The Tourist
Rated: PG-13 for violence and brief strong language
Genre: Mystery & Suspense, Drama
Running Time: 1 hr. 43 min
Release Date: Dec 10, 2010 Wide

Plot: A tourist finds himself caught in the midst of a race between government intelligence agencies and bad guys to catch a particularly elusive fellow.

A seemingly harmless flirtous encounter with a stranger on a train becomes serious business when strange men start coming after the tourist, asking him things he has no idea about and trying to kill him.

But this particular tourist seems well capable handling himself, and instead of running away from the danger as a normal person would, he delves right into it.

Verdict: Set in Paris and Venice, the scenery is beautiful, the actors are fantastic. But the plot is slow, it’s confused and there is a very obvious lack of chemistry between Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie.

Also, it is highly predictable, something uncommon with Depp’s movies. but it still makes a very good watching, if you are not the kind that focuses on details.
