THE ART OF USING A ROOM DIVIDER AS A DÉCOR

I am a person who likes working with utmost concentration, and do not like to be disturbed when doing something.

Unfortunately, my office does not provide the privacy that I need most of the time. So I had to come up with ideas on how to get my privacy in my office which is one big office.

Thinking of actual partitioning was a no- no for me because for one I am allergic to dust which if I was to call for someone to put up the partitioning I am sure I would have been admitted to a hospital that very same day or at least stay from the office for a month before the dust settled down, a luxury I can’t afford.

An idea spruced up in my mind when I visited a local decor shop. In there I was able to find portable room dividers which were very chic and also inexpensive.

What I liked most about the room diver is that it stands on the floor by itself, and the panels can be partially folded up to create more or less of a barrier especially in a small office like mine.

These room dividers usually consist of three or four screens making it hard for one to be seen, and are typically between five and seven feet tall.

A room divider offers many options in the home as well and is perfect for adding a little decorative punch. For people who want privacy or wish to section off a large living area, a divider is perfect.

You can buy them in almost any type of style or design so you can be sure it fits in with your decor. In fact, they are so decorative, that some people actually use them in the corner to soften the edges and add dramatic flair to the room - they don’t even use them to divide up the space!
A room divider can be used to add just enough of a wall to make a cosy dining area out of a large dinning/living room space.

It doesn’t have to totally cut off the room, but can work effectively to add the ambiance of a smaller area. And, when you don’t want that ambiance, you simply fold it up and put it away! It doesn’t matter what size of flat or residence you stay in, you can immediately make a new space or work space by using a room divider.

Just be sure you set them up properly so that they are stable and will not tip over and you have a great decorative touch that doubles as a wall.

Room dividers are having a lot of uses. They are utilized for dividing spaces at home without even making any construction work. In addition, they also work as furniture for decorating the room. Many other room dividers are utilized for storage purpose and are liked because of being portable.

Portable dividers are available in various designs and colours. However, it is desirable to choose the one that could match the décor of your home or office in the best possible manner.

In addition, there are other dividers that absorb noise as well. What’s more they are inexpensive, and also if a person has not liked what they have seen at the local decor shops around town, they can easily be made depending with one’s choice and taste.
