Sometime last year when I decided to go into business and look up for office space, I realized that I didn’t want to work very far from my house, so I tried getting office space near my home area, and truly got one. I loved everything about my office save for one thing.

Climbing three floors up! I must confess that my physique now and then is from each other. When I started working in the building, it used to take me over twenty minutes climbing the stairs.

Now I am excited since it takes me less than two minutes going up and without having to sweat and pant! My weight has gone done immensely and am in good shape and so much in love with my new self.

Since am naturally a huge person, when people walk in my office panting because of climbing the stairs, they ask me how I manage and if I take an hour to climb, when I tell them that it takes me no more than two minutes to climb the three floors, they just can’t believe it.

When people are pushing me to join sport clubs running the entire town in the name of doing sports, I take them to my office to experience the kind of exercise that I do on daily basis climbing up and down three floors more than twenty times day.

Health is wealth they say! To have a healthy lifestyle you should be learn to follow one. Gain weight at the same time weight loss is a must for those of us who have some extra flesh and have other problems which can be solved by simple exercises like climbing stairs. I am so used to climbing stairs nowadays that even when am visiting a building which has lifts installed, I still prefer to take the stairs.

Some times I wonder why people throw away money in the name of joining a sport club. You will find this person working on a fifth floor of a building, so instead of taking the stairs up to his/her office, they will comfortable take the lifts- then later on go for sports, when they could actually use the facility at work place to shed that extra weight and to stay fit.

Taking the staircase to your office every morning will help you with;

Heart – The heart is the main organ in the body. In order to look after the heart we have to take measures to prevent ourselves from diseases and other health disorders. Climbing stairs rather than using the elevator at the office will help your heart to function longer and in a uniform fashion without any heart problems later in life.

This is essential for those who are constantly sitting down throughout the day at their computers without having any exercise. This is also the first step for weight loss.

Obesity – If you are obese, avoid the elevator and the lifts. It is purely advisable to climb stairs in order to live healthy and loose those extra calories. Weight loss by taking the stairs is one way to get started. Motivate yourself and you will see the difference.

Cardiology Exercise – The best Cardiology exercise is taking the stairs. When you climb you sweat, this means that you are burning those extra calories and in this case cardio melts fat resulting to weight loss.
