Allow me to thank you for the online version of your publication. It is clear and easy to access. However, I have tried to play Radio Rwanda and TV Rwanda on several occasions but I am denied direct access.

If there is a fee required for one to access these two publications then there is a big problem. Such mechanism is hard to implement in many African countries today. I suggest that ORINFOR makes it simple for its audience online, for now.
