Due to this fact there is specialization of people depending on what they do better. This also helps them not to get involved in many things because it can lead to confusion and the system of societies will be filled up with chaos.
Whenever a new system of doing things is introduced and even if it would lead to positive change, selfish and visionless people take up the first step to oppose that.
Many people cannot understand you unless you do things to please them. This becomes a problem if a leader works according to people’s wishes to please them.
People have different tastes and preferences and they cannot all be pleased by one person. Therefore, the best solution to that would be to go by set principle of integrity, fairness and dignity
From here I would urge every leader in any position be it at school or work place, to follow the needs of people rather than their wants.
This avoids self-centered interests of individuals from prospering—something contrary to the needs of the whole society.
