Verdict:

This is not exactly a movie, but it’s a fitness program through dance.  It is based on the reality TV program "So You Think You Can Dance”. Entertaining and energizing, it gets you feeling like you want to throw on your gym/dancing shoes and getting moving. The steps and moves are easy to follow and are lots of fun.
