Ten wanted by ICTR over Genocide

KIGALI - The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), Friday, released an Interpol Poster as well a list of ICTR arrests made in conjunction with Interpol, updated as of October 21. Also listed in a separate poster are several Genocide fugitives still at large and wanted by Interpol.

KIGALI - The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), Friday, released an Interpol Poster as well a list of ICTR arrests made in conjunction with Interpol, updated as of October 21.

Also listed in a separate poster are several Genocide fugitives still at large and wanted by Interpol.

"They are charged with serious offences under the 1949 Geneva Conventions, crimes against humanity and genocide,” reads part of the ICTR-Interpol poster with pictures and names.

Fugitives named include Felicien Kabuga, Augustin Bizimana, Charles Sikubwabo, Bernard Munyagishari, Protais Mpirinya alias James Kakule, Fulgence Kayishema, Pheneas Munyarugarama, Aloys Ndimbati, Ladislas Ntaganzwa and Charles Ryandikayo.

"If you have any information concerning these individuals, please contact - International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda,” is the notice put out in five languages, including Kinyarwanda.

People worldwide are urged to call the ICTR on 00 250 0830 24 18 or mail to ictrfugitives@yahoo.fr or fugitive@interpol.int if they have any information.
