A small number of revellers who showed up for the ‘Demarco in Kigali’ concert were fully entertained by Jamaica’s dancehall singer and local artistes who perfomed late at night.

The show which was supposed to kick off at 6pm turned to be a different story for those who were at the BK Arena with a handful of revelers who started arriving at around 8pm.

Mcee Nario and Ange were the hosts for the night and tried their best to cheer up the revelers who were all in their seats. Deejay Infinity and Tyga did what they do best to make people dance while they waited for the night's performers.

When Bushali got on stage at around 10:30 pm some got close to the stage to get a glimpse of the artiste. He sang some of his famous songs like ' Kugasima’ and ‘ Kurura’ ft Juno Kizigenza, which of course revelers sang to.

After Bushali’s performance that lasted 30 minutes DJ Marnaud went on stage with his usual big energy. Others who were in their seats seemed to have already gotten the party vibes as they danced to his party vibes.

When singer Ariel Wayz went on stage her fans rushed to the floor and joined her as she did her own thing. Singing in her usual mesmerizing voice, she effortlessly made everyone feel like they belonged and were to have a good time. Even though people were very few, the singer thanked each one for coming through and said it was an honour to perfom for them. Some of the songs she performed were ‘ You should know’, ‘Bad’ and ‘ Chamber’. She left the stage with people still yearning for more.

After a few minutes of deejay’s mix came Kibumbi King with another great vibe. Kivumbi had a small number of people shouting and singing during his short lived performance. He excited them with songs like ‘ Salute’, ‘ umuana mubi’ and ‘Nana before leaving the fans in shock for such a short performance.

At exactly 20 minutes past midnight, the most waited Jamaican dance hall artiste stepped on stage all in white with so much energy. He sang one song and then went off stage to join revellers who were on the floor and in the VIP seats as well.

Things took a turn when he sang his famous song that people looked forward to see him perform live, his ‘ I love my life’ single. He engaged with his audience giving them a microphone to sing the song along with him. He then went back on stage and sang it for the last time as he thanked the attendees, closing the show at 01:05pm.
