This letter is with reference to your article entitled "Rwanda global model for peace - President Kufour” . For sure, the country gives the world a glowing example of how one can recover even after total devastation, like what was caused by the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
What is even more creditable is that alongside the peace process, the New Rwanda is also a global model for good governance and for doing business .This can be seen from the rapid rise in rankings by the World Bank over the last one year.
I am wishing the New Rwanda continued success in her march towards growth and prosperity and also towards attaining the Government’s Vision 2020 goals.
