Be confident and overcome shyness

Did you know that a faint heart never won a fair lady/man that Ignorance wavers between extreme audacity and extreme shyness? Are you shy…to whom or to what? You are not alone you are one out of a thousand cases that can be solved…

"Hi lady can you please pray for us?” "Eemm ahh… pray... No I have some cold”  "By the way we have a party tomorrow will you come?” "I would have loved to be their but I will not make it because I don’t have fare” ,"if that is the case then we will be together, I will pay for you” "thank you but my mom is unwell…”

Shyness is inhibition in the presence of other people. Shyness is an emotion that affects how a person feels and behaves around others. Shyness can mean feeling uncomfortable, self-conscious, nervous, bashful, timid, or insecure. People who feel shy sometimes notice physical sensations like blushing or feeling speechless, shaky, or breathless.

Shyness is the opposite of being at ease with yourself around others. When people feel shy, they might hesitate to say or do something because they’re feeling unsure of themselves and they’re not ready to be noticed. Shy behavior includes three basic manifestations: Meeting, avoidance and anxiety.

Why are some teens Shy?

Shyness is partly a result of genes a person has inherited. It’s also influenced by behaviors they’ve learned, the ways people have reacted to their shyness, and life experiences they’ve had.

Overcoming shyness takes
Practice, taking slow steady steps in overcoming shyness, acknowledging that it’s OK to feel awkward and knowing that you can do it.

As a teen, if you really want to achieve a lot in your life, consider eradicating fear in your life and remember that you can always fall seven times and stand the eighth time so keep on trying and never give up.
