This has reference to the article in the Business Times yesterday titled "A new issue of The Service Mag is out ".
Please allow me to congratulate Sandra Idossou and her dynamic team which have put together this very interesting, informative and educative quarterly magazine.

It surely gives all readers an opportunity to evaluate levels of service and provides suitable guidelines to enable one to improve service standards.

The New Rwanda is on a sharp upward trajectory and initiatives like The Service Mag will improve the experience of visitors to this great nation whether they come for business or for leisure. I am wishing The Service Mag continued success.
