KIGALI - Kigali City Council puts up a wall to protect the newly constructed highway towards the city centre from damage that may arise from erosion, something that is common - for Rwanda’s hilly landscape - during the rainy seasons.

According to KCC officials, plans are underway to decorate the wall with Rwandan traditional art or paintings, once complete.  (Photo by Timothy Kisambira)
