Society Debate: Would you kiss someone smelling of alcohol?

I can’t stand that smell
This is definitely irritating; how can someone handle kissing a person with such a foul, beer stench? I can’t stand that kind of foul-smelling breath. It makes me feel like throwing up.

Imagine you have been missing your fiancée and when she comes to check on you with all the passion you’re held back by that foul breath!

Most people would find it very embarrassing to kiss a loved one whose breath is ruined by such a stench. I know our other halves are understanding and sympathetic, but they are only human as well, and we will all turn our heads away from someone giving off a bad, alcoholic stench. We do it without thinking. It comes naturally to us.

Can you imagine, leaning over to give your spouse a good morning kiss, only to see that he or she turns away from you because of a nasty breath caused by alcohol. That is embarrassing, and most people would go out of their way to avoid that happening. It is not good for one’s self esteem.

Such incidents mostly disturb people who don’t drink alcohol. The thought of kissing an intoxicated alcoholic brings goose pimples all over the body; it’s like being forced to eat your most dreadful kind of dish on gunpoint.

In most cases drunkards are not conscious about cleanliness like brushing their teeth or showering daily since all they think of is the bottle of liquor. The breath of a drunkard who has spent days without brushing could be like a toilet used and not flashed for two days therefore kissing such a person is entirely a put-off.

I don’t like the kind of chemicals used to manufacture alcohol.

It feels horrible, and worse, it affects the way other people, especially the opposite sex, react towards you. Having it can really affect your self-confidence and personality.

Alcohol breath is one of the leading turn-offs among guys, and it is equally regarded as one of the most common turn-offs among women. Most people would agree that it is very hard to get round to going steady with someone who has bad odour.

It is simply impossible to stand. Nobody is really willing to kiss someone who has alcohol-infested breath.

Whatever the case, kissing a person with such breath is a nasty experience that I would advise people not try it because they will hate that person for the rest of their lives.
