One doesn’t change a winning team

Editor, A lot of people, who I talked to, assumed that the President would appoint new members of Cabinet as soon as he saw sworn in. He, in fact, did the opposite; he reinstated the entire Cabinet. I believe that this was a wise move on his part. There is a saying that you “don’t change a winning team”.

Editor,

A lot of people, who I talked to, assumed that the President would appoint new members of Cabinet as soon as he saw sworn in. He, in fact, did the opposite; he reinstated the entire Cabinet. I believe that this was a wise move on his part. There is a saying that you "don’t change a winning team”.

Well, the present team was full of winners. How do I know? Look at the statistics. Crime is falling, exports are rising, food security is starting to be taken for granted, reconciliation is moving steadily along and Rwanda is being respected. All I can really say is, "keep up the good work”.
