EDITOR,

I want to take this opportunity to  congratulate the newly reappointed Prime Minister of Rwanda, Bernard Makuza, for garnering the President’s trust, which is probably why He was given the opportunity to be the Head of Cabinet.

This job is one with many responsibilities and I wish him the best as the new government comes together for the betterment of all Rwandans.
