We wish to apologize for the long period you had to wait before getting connected with our power supply and we are grateful that you will be our customer very soon.

Concerning the delay in getting connected to our services, we must admit that, due to the public procurement process, it was impossible to respond in a short time and also, a big part of the required materials was to be imported.

The materials which were available at the time were installed while we waited for other materials to be imported.

However, the required material are now available since the second half of December 2007, an ELECTROGAZ technical team is on the site. We would like to inform you that from today, the Rukomo electrical line is now connected.

The management of Electrogaz also wishes to inform you that the local authority/office of the Mayor has been following up closely on the progress of the project and had been constantly updated on progress.

Be informed also that many residents of the area are already paying up their connection fees in order to have their residences and businesses connected.

Our key objective is to provide quality services and it is in our deepest interest that everyone gets access to water and electricity.

All in all, we wish to remind you that the customer remains king and we shall always welcome any suggestions from our customers which is a huge contribution to the improvement of our service.
