That BNR lady is good

I write to register my appreciation to a secretary in the office of the Governor, whose name i do not really know. My appreciation stems from the fact that she is very welcoming to her customers - the very epitome of hospitality.

I write to register my appreciation to a secretary in the office of the Governor, whose name i do not really know. My appreciation stems from the fact that she is very welcoming to her customers - the very epitome of hospitality.

I wanted to get some information on which projects BNR funds across the country. She made sure she called all the concerned offices and in less than an hour different departments had given me the details I needed. She was really kind and receptive.

Although this is her responsibility, she does it with great passion unlike many ladies who sit in high profile offices. From time immemorial, Rwandans have been known to be hospitable and receptive to strangers and to different people they live with.

So many people are acting against this highly revered culture. Those that lack hospitality manners can borrow a leaf from that lady.
