As someone who uses taxi-moto on a daily basis I have to thank the National Police for appealing to these fellows to follow traffic rules. Many a time I have felt like I was going to be involved in an accident because of the way some riders go about their business.

Some of them swerve around cars in a careless manner and others have the distinct smell of marijuana on their clothes. I think that random stops by traffic police will somewhat arrest some of these ills.
