Rwanda’s Tusker Project Fame (TPF3) title holder, Alpha Rwirangira, has been forced to ditch his U.S tour after he was denied an American visa.

Alpha was due to perform in the United State of America next month. It all happened on Monday Aug 30, when the star struggled to explain to the consolar of the Embassy the reasons for his trip.

Snoops said that Alpha also tried to remind people at the embassy about his status as  TPF3 winner, but it didn’t save him.

The ‘Turumwe’ singer, clad in a trendy khaki shirt and checked brown trousers, left the embassy distressed after being grilled and denied the visa.

Alpha was invited by a certain Church in the US to perform for children, as well as promote his music.
Apparently, he was advised to perform to the kids in Rwanda.

Surprisingly, in an interview, Alpha dismissed allegations that he was processing and, denied visa. "I’ve not been processing for the visa…those must be rumours,” Alpha told The New Times on phone.

It is not clear whether Alpha’s denial for the visa had anything to do with The Ben and Meddy. The duo left the country for the United States on July 2, and were  expected to return on July 28 but are still believed to be in the US.
