Enric Sifa in live charity concert

SIFA is in town for a live charity concert on August 29, at New Life Bible Church. Proceeds will benefit street children. Together with local artistes Patrick Nyamitari, Dominic Nick, Alpha Rwirangira, Olivier Kavutse, Colombe and Hindurwa band, Sifa will entertain crowds in a gig dubbed “New Life Benefit Concert”.

SIFA is in town for a live charity concert on August 29, at New Life Bible Church. Proceeds will benefit street children. 

Together with local artistes Patrick Nyamitari, Dominic Nick, Alpha Rwirangira, Olivier Kavutse, Colombe and Hindurwa band, Sifa will entertain crowds in a gig dubbed "New Life Benefit Concert”.

The concert will start at 3:00 p.m—entrance will be Rwf1000 for students, Rwf2000 for adults and Rwf500 for children. The concert is organised by Africa New Life Bible Church.

Who is Enric Sifa?

Enric Sifa (Eric Nshimiyumuremyi) is a Rwandan artist based in the USA. He is a survivour of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and a former street child. He is now a student in Portland Oregon.

23-year-old Sifa has released over 60 songs composed in both Kinyarwanda and English.

The singer, who jetted in purposely for the concert, said the performance will not only raise funds for street children, but also encourage more Rwandans to embrace the culture of supporting the underprivileged, especially children.
