Kagame meets Shenzhen vice mayor

KIGALI - The visiting vice mayor of China’s city of Shenzhen, Zhuo Qinrui, paid a courtesy call on President Paul Kagame at Village Urugwiro on Tuesday.The State Minister in charge of Industry and Investment Promotion, Vincent Karega, said Qinrui assured the President that he will encourage Shenzhen citizens to invest in Rwanda. Karega, who attended the meeting between Qinrui, his delegation and the President, said: “His (Qinrui) visit to Rwanda is a follow-up of the President’s visit to Shenzhen last year.
