Rwanda’s first ever Street Expression excites revellers

LAST Saturday, concert goers from Kigali, gathered at Petit Stade for the first ever Street Expression. Revellers were treated to various activities, including street basketball, Hip-hop dance competition and music  performances. Riderman and his male dancers went on stage, sending the audience wild.

LAST Saturday, concert goers from Kigali, gathered at Petit Stade for the first ever Street Expression.

Revellers were treated to various activities, including street basketball, Hip-hop dance competition and music  performances. Riderman and his male dancers went on stage, sending the audience wild.

Kenya’s renowned DJ Stylez and Kaytrixx of   ‘CODRED’, spun the wheels until midnight, when the concert ended.
Lil G and Tough Gang are among the artists, who graced the event.

The two-day Street Expression was organized by Contact FM and sponsored by MTN.

Eliud Kagema, Contact FM’s programmes manager told The New Times that the event aimed at promoting Hip-hop, as well as basketball in the country.
