Give out more loans please!
Editor, While I’m happy that the Rwanda Development Bank (BRD) has so far approved loans worth Rwf 15.3 billion for a period between January to June 2010 for development projects, I’m of the view that they could do a lot more.

While I’m happy that the Rwanda Development Bank (BRD) has so far approved loans worth Rwf 15.3 billion for a period between January to June 2010 for development projects, I’m of the view that they could do a lot more.
As the main development bank in the country, I’m of the view that they should be loaning out a lot more money.
