This is in reference to the article published yesterday entitled "We need more ICT experts - Sen. Gasamagera ". Senator Wellars Gasamagera, a member of the ICT Steering Committee in Parliament, has indicated the need for more ICT experts.
Please allow me to share with Sen. Gasamagera and your esteemed readers that India would be happy to assist Rwanda with all their ICT requirements and send our experts to Kigali to work and more importantly, to train the Rwandan work force in various aspects of ICT.
The Indian Merchants’ Chamber, a 103 year old Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has a dedicated ICT Expert Committee and if specific requirements are sent to us, we would be happy to do a preliminary search and short listing of potential individuals and organisations here and then pass on this information to the ICT Steering Committee in Rwanda for a final evaluation and selection.
