I was delighted to read in your newspaper yesterday, that His Excellency President Kagame won as much as 93.08 % of the votes. This reminds me of my letter before the voting, entitled "The writing on the wall is there for all to see ".
The elections have given the ruling RPF party an unquestionable mandate. I am confident that they will live up to all the trust and confidence and take Rwanda to even greater heights.
