The New Rwanda is now in top gear showing the world how peace, harmony and good will can rebuild a nation ravaged by one of the worst genocides known to mankind. I wish President Kagame every success in his new term in Office and do look forward to an even closer collaboration with Rwanda and her warm and friendly citizens.
