Barnabas to release new album

AFTER releasing his hit album ‘Uri Uwera Gitare’ – (You Are Holy) Peter Manyaga Barnabas, a gospel artist, is set to release a second album dubbed “Utukuzwe” (Be Magnified). The album, composed of 10 singles and in a fusion of African rhythms, is in three languages, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi and Swahili.

AFTER releasing his hit album ‘Uri Uwera Gitare’ – (You Are Holy) Peter Manyaga Barnabas, a gospel artist, is set to release a second album dubbed "Utukuzwe” (Be Magnified).

The album, composed of 10 singles and in a fusion of African rhythms, is in three languages, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi and Swahili.

"I’m very proud of African rhythm,” Barnabas told The New Times. "It’s high time we restored own rhythm into the Church.”

In an interview, Barnabas said that he is still working the video of ‘Utukuzwe Gitare’ and the album in December.
Barnabas is the president of Asaph Music International at Zion Temple Church.
