Paul Kagame is a God given gift to Rwandans. I acknowledge his efforts in improving the health sector. He has incredibly reduced maternal mortality in rural areas, there are no more mothers dying while giving birth.

I also recognise development programmes this government has implemented; I now have a modern house and other necessities in life.
