Editor,

This is in reference to the various reports, surveys and opinions which have been published in your newspaper over the last couple of weeks during the campaigning for the forthcoming Presidential elections.

You have also shown several pictures of all the Presidential candidates and their supporters during the various election rallies in different parts of the country. The writing on the wall is there for all to see.

The massive turnouts at each and every rally of the ruling RPF party are a definite indication of the clear and convincing results which one can expect in the Presidential elections now just three

The Government of Rwanda has done well to invite a thirteen member Commonwealth Observer Group as well as various other international agencies and media to see for themselves that the country can, in fact , conduct a free , fair and unbiased Presidential election keeping in mind the highest levels of integrity and ensuring a proper democratic process.
