President Kagame, during his time in office has been promoting agricultural modernisation. Rwanda had subsistence and poor agricultural sector but what we are seeing today is a sector transformed and modernised.

People have consolidated their small pieces of land and harvests have doubled. Lives have been improved tremendously. Healthcare for all, rural roads and electrification are some of the achievements he delivered and we should give him 7 more years.
