RDF Reacts to Karegyeya’s Call for War

Patrick Karegyeya, the Rwandan fugitive who lives in South Africa, was recently in one of the Ugandan media outlets, The Observer, attempting to tarnish the Government and the leadership in Rwanda as he works desperately to cover–up his crimes against the State and the Rwandan people.

While Karegyeya’s smear campaign and wild statements are not new, his recent open call for war is a criminal statement that cannot be taken lightly.

Karegyeya, like his fellow fugitive Kayumba Nyamwasa, is a criminal who has opted for the path of violence and who is wanted back home to answer serious criminal charges.
Karegyeya needs to understand that nothing will cover–up his crimes or change this course of justice.

The Rwanda Defence Force [RDF] would like to remind Karegyeya and his fellow fugitives that those who seek to destabilize Rwanda shall be relentlessly pursued until they are brought to face the rigour of the Law.
