I want to thank you once again for giving me the opportunity to express my views. I would, first of all like to express my satisfaction on how events have been planned in Rwanda.
I was thoroughly impressed by the manner in which the MTN Peace Cup was organised. I think that the other Rwandan corporate companies have a lot to learn from MTN.
Secondly, Rwanda has been doing very well, where development is concerened, but we have to improve on a few different issues.
As Rwanda grows day by day different government and private institution should move at the same pace. My concern is Reco Rwasco (formerly Electrogaz).
How come Districts issue an ‘autorisation de batir’ (building permit) when they cant even provide piped water?
People are building flats and what not, yet at the end of it all you see people walking out of that opulent house with jerry-cans going to look for water. Please Reco Rwasco do something about the water supply.
