Looking at the progress that has been made at the multi-million dollar complex, Kigali Convention Complex (KCC), which is under construction at Kimihurura, Gasabo District, I fully believe it when the KCC management announces that the project will be completed by December 2011.

The way that everyone involved in the project is working, day and night, is encouraging to watch.
