I’ve heard a rumour going around that American pop star, and woman beater, Chris Brown will be the main attraction at the upcoming Fespad music festival. Will someone either confirm this or not.

Maybe the line ministry can help us here. In fact, can the Culture Ministry give us a list of the performers? There is no need to keep it a secret.
