I want to commend the Rwanda National Police for its swiftness in investigating crimes. A case in point is the arrest of a suspect for the murder of Andre Kagwa Rwisereka, the vice-President of the yet-to- be registered Green Party of Rwanda.

While I won’t speculate as to whether the suspect is innocent or guilty as charged, I think it is an indication of the professionalism and dedication of the police that they so quickly took control of the situation. Keep up the good work of making our streets safe.
