I was pleased to read the headline "Rwanda to open new embassies” in your newspaper. Please allow me to congratulate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this great initiative.

The opening of new embassies in Senegal, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates will surely enhance trade, tourism and investments into Rwanda - the land of a thousand hills and of a million smiles.
