Choreographer dancers take the stage.

The auditorium theatre of Goethe-Institut Liaison Office Kigali proudly presents the acclaimed German contemporary dance called, ‘Logobi 02’.

The one week dance festival by Monika Gintersdorfer, the German Theatre Director and visual artist Knut Klaßen started on July 9 and ends on Saturday.

‘Logobi 02’ boasts an exceptionally talented ensemble of two dancers, German dancer-choreographer Gudrun Lange and Ivorian dancer-choreographer Gotta Depri, as it creates a joyfully provocative encounter between the dancers on stage.

Through their daring, athletic movement and integration of ballet into contemporary and popular dance forms, the dancers take audiences on a choreographic journey that explores the endless possibilities of movements.

Apparently, the dual have drawn a dance-savvy audience and created a team of wonderful performances, expert at picking up different styles and always impressive in their expression and passion.

Gintersdorfer and Klaßen focus on acquiring and commissioning new works and investigating different cultural perspectives through contemporary dances.
